This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a premium venue offering elegant indoor dining and a heated outdoor terrace for year-round service.
Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
2. Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team.
3. Oversee reservations and guest flow for optimal efficiency.
4. Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through upselling and promotions.
5. Maintain high standards of food quality and service.
6. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
7. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
8. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
9. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
11. Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
