Role OverviewThe Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator ensures smooth and efficient flow of goods, materials, and information across the supply chain. This role focuses on coordinating logistics activities, monitoring inventory, and supporting operational processes to maintain timely delivery and operational efficiency. The position provides hands-on experience in supply chain management while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.• Track and monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse activities.• Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions and ensure proper documentation.• Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.• Assist in planning and executing inbound and outbound logistics activities.• Support performance monitoring through reporting and analysis of logistics metrics.• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational cost reduction.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of logistics systems, tools, and best practices.Qualifications and Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational coordination is an advantage.• Basic understanding of inventory management, transportation, and warehouse processes.• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines.• Proficiency with office tools; familiarity with supply chain or logistics software is a plus.• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.• Reliability, adaptability, and a process-oriented mindset.SummaryThe Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency by coordinating logistics activities and maintaining supply chain visibility.
