Service & Warranty Advisor – O'Briens Renault Kilkenny
O'Briens Renault Kilkenny is looking for a customer-focused Service & Warranty Advisor to join our Aftersales team. You'll be the first point of contact for service and warranty customers, making sure they receive a smooth, professional, and friendly experience.
What You'll Do
* Greet and assist customers, managing their service journey.
* Schedule and book vehicles for service, repairs, and warranty work.
* Liaise between customers and workshop, keeping everyone updated.
* Process warranty claims, estimates, and invoices accurately.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Service Advisor, or in a similar administrative role.
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Confident with admin systems
* Detail-focused, with a positive, customer-first attitude.
