Job Title: Senior Brand Marketing Manager
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in the office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all areas of brand marketing, including digital paid advertising, organic marketing, email marketing, social media, events, print and radio advertising, content writing, creating in-store graphics, brochures, POS, and video reels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Social Media Management:
* Create compelling stories in multiple formats, including strong photography and videography skills.
* Capture new video and image assets for creative execution.
* Develop and execute the content strategy to align with business goals and target audience needs.
* Develop and implement campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase revenue.
* Create and distribute content such as blogs, videos, and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets.
* Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
2. Campaign Management:
* Manage campaign activity, including designing and executing campaigns while reviewing effectiveness and building insights into future planned activity.
* Liaise with suppliers or relevant third-party agencies to manage public relations.
3. Digital Marketing:
* Manage blog posts to drive awareness of brand and product range.
* Implement digital media strategies, including PPC, display, audio, and online video.
4. Email & Text Marketing:
* Manage digital communications calendar and design, segmentation, delivery, and reporting of communications.
* Write and execute emails and texts with creative agency.
