Main Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve reported issues(via ticketing system), such as account support requests or potentially abusive content.Enforce client's Terms of Useby monitoring reports of abuse on the site.Stay knowledgeableabout client's products and community standards.Use market-specific knowledgeto find scalable solutions for our community.Gather, analyse, and utilise datato improve user experience.Recognise trends and patternsand escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.Identify inefficiencies in workflowsand suggest solutions.Skills & Competences:Resilienceto operate in a pressured, fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, and empathy.High adaptabilityand a positive approach to challenges.Decision-making, prioritisation, and problem-solvingabilities.Effective time managementand prioritisation skills.Consistent KPI achievement.Mental resilience- Ability to deal with sensitive/ challenging contentLanguage Skills:Fluency (C1-C2)in one of the following languages: Dutch, Norwegian, German, Swedish, Hebrew, Swahili, UkrainianIn-depth understanding of regional culture and social trends required.English proficiency (B2-C2).Contract:Full-time, permanentwith Covalen.Compensation:Competitive package.Fixed shifts: Day 9-5.30 OR Eve.
