Are you fluent in any of the following languages?
German French Eastern European language i.e. Russian/Polish If so, my client in the manufacturing industry in Athlone, Co.
Westmeath is looking to recruit a Customer Support Administrator with fluency in German, French or Eastern Europeanfor their facility.
This is a permanent job fully onsite Mon-Fri Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Building relationships with existing and new customers Receive and process customer orders Provide advice and support relating to customer issues and queries i.e., deliveries, order queries, inventory, logistics etc Assist the quality department with claim processing Monitor and oversee transport timeline schedules in conjunction with the logistics department.
Liaise with the onsite departments i.e., technical, R&D, colour laboratory to provide the customer with product information.
Offer sales support to the external sales team in terms of monitoring existing customers and developing opportunities for new customers.
General administration duties as required.
What are we looking for?
Fluency in German or Eastern European language essential 2-3 years customer service administration experience essential Proficient in MS Office applications in particular Excel.
Knowledge of ERP/CRM system an advantage Fluency in English written & oral Strong customer focus Ability to work as part of a team and independently Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
