Hotel Reservation Operations Manager
A prestigious hotel in Co.Wexford is seeking a skilled Reservation Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the reservations department.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Reservations Manager or senior reservations professional in a hotel environment, with strong communication, organisational and leadership skills. They will also be proficient with hotel PMS and reservation platforms.
The successful candidate will manage the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring all enquiries and bookings are handled promptly and professionally. They will also maintain accurate inventory, forecasting and system updates to support revenue growth.
