The Role
The Role : As an Business Development Representative ( BDR ) at Snapfix, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, driving new business opportunities for our sales team. You'll be responsible for building a pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and outreach. This position focuses on generating new business opportunities within the UK and Ireland markets through high volume outbound prospecting. You'll be targeting decision-makers at hotels, stadiums, event venues, and similar facilities to build qualified pipeline for our sales team.
This is a key new hire for our organisation with a clear development path. We are looking for passionate sales people who want to grow and develop within our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social media outreach
* Research and prospect decision-makers within target accounts across UK and Ireland
* Qualify outbound leads using established criteria and methodologies
* Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives
* Maintain detailed prospect records and activity tracking in HubSpot
* Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaign development and lead nurturing strategies
* Represent Snapfix at regional trade shows and industry events
* Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
What We're Looking For
* 1+ years in business development, sales development, or inside sales role; strong entry-level candidates considered
* Demonstrated ability to achieve targets in metrics-driven environment
* Coach-ability and adaptability
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Strong research and prospecting capabilities
* Self-motivated with ability to work independently
* Passionate about technology and solving customer problems
