Honeycomb is pleased to be working with our client, a market leading consultancy business, to recruit for a Bid and Office Manager on a permanent basis. The business is a highly regarded, successful and innovative organisation which enables professional growth.Role responsibilities:Providing high-level administrative support to board members/SLT in way of board reporting and wider business reporting where requiredArranging travel for staff, both locally and nationallyManaging administration team, ensuring work is delegated appropriately and performance is managed effectively for teamInitiating business/process improvements where appropriate to facilitate the smooth running of the office.Arranging contractors to come on site for facilities management purposesForging effective and commercially competitive relationships with suppliers for hospitality, stationary and general items required for officeWorking alongside IMS Manager to support effective document control processes and best practice, working in line with ISOHR support - updating staff records and overseeing performance management if requiredDiary management and meeting coordinationManaging and arranging annual corporate eventsSupporting with the creation of marketing materials (InDesign, Canva, Adobe) for brochures and press releasesUpdating company website with content provided by technical/commercial teamsAdHoc administrative tasks as required Person Specification Demonstrable office management/coordination/senior administration experience with direct people management experience (3+ years)Demonstrable experience of managing time effectively and utilising strong organisational skillsAbility to self-start and drive success within this newly created roleAdvanced IT skills including MS Excel and WordTeam focused DesirableExperience gained within a consultancy/built environment businessTo apply for this role, please contact Erin Butler, Associate Director, at Honeycomb to discuss interview process and suitability.
