About the Branch Manager Role
As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational management of the branch. This includes managing sales, inventory control, merchandising, health and safety, and maintaining high standards and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze Sales performance across categories to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
* Lead and motivate your team while ensuring all training requirements are met.
* Daily liaison with Area Managers.
* Oversee operations, complete procedures, and ensure best practice is maintained.
* Effective people management.
* Customer service and relations.
* Stock ordering and control.
* Product knowledge and awareness.
* Quality control and assurance.
* Cash handling and financial management.
* Health and Safety protocols.
* Negotiations with suppliers.
* Business development through telesales.
