Reporting to the Production Manager
The Manufacturing Team Member will be responsible for the manufacturing of the Serosep product range.
Main Duties:
Set up machines in accordance with established procedures (program selection, etc.) to start a production cycle.
Feed raw material or parts to automated / semi-automated machines.
Check quality of product from machines periodically.
Notify supervisor of issues observed on automated/semi-automated manufacturing lines.
Maintain ISO **** and ISO ***** procedures within the laboratory/manufacturing area by following SOPs at all times and ensuring that all equipment is fit for use, calibrated accurately and records are maintained correctly.
Completion of any required quality/regulatory paperwork to comply with the above ISO standards.
Provide cover for other team members when required.
Adhere to Health and Safety policies, including wearing any required PPE and to ensure that other employees follow the policy.
Essential Criteria:
2 years' experience in a manufacturing role
Excellent team player and multi-tasker
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work under own initiative
Excellent attention to detail
