The Role (Responsibilities)
* Proactively seek, quote and convert new commercial business opportunities
* Drive sales campaigns and deliver against income targets
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
* Ensure high standards of compliance, customer service and audit readiness
* Collaborate closely with company directors and contribute to team objectives
* Take responsibility for premium collections and aged debt
* Provide professional, consultative service at all times
* Contribute to the team culture, working collaboratively to exceed goals
The Person (Qualifications)
* Strong experience in a similar commercial insurance sales role
* CIP qualified and compliant with the Central Bank\'s MCC and Fitness & Probity standards
* Proven ability to secure and convert large, complex risks
* Technically strong with excellent product knowledge and negotiation skills
* Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities
* A strong communicator with a positive, adaptable mindset
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally Applied Systems
* Holds a full clean driving licence and access to a car
