Job Title:
A Support Worker role is available to provide high standard services as specified in agreed care plans and contribute to the continual review of residents' needs.
Assisting the nurse in the provision of quality nursing service is a key responsibility in this position.
The successful candidate will contribute to the movement and treatment of residents to maximise their physical comfort and quality of life.
Assisting residents with daily living activities, mobility, and at mealtime where necessary is an essential part of the job.
Adhering to Infection Prevention and Control measures is critical to ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements:
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a large team are essential.
* A minimum of 2 QQI modules in healthcare or equivalent qualifications are required.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland - Hold EU passport or IRP (1G, 2 or 4)
* Good written and spoken English communication skills are necessary.
