Job Role: Commercial Retail Manager
Job Description:
The primary goal of this role is to foster strong relationships with 75 customers in Ireland, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
This involves managing customer interactions and expectations while also contributing to the growth and development of the business through strategic sales planning and negotiation.
* Key Responsibilities:
* • Customer Relationship Management: Building lasting relationships with key clients and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship building skills.
* • Business Development & Contract Negotiation: Identifying new opportunities for business expansion and negotiating contracts that align with company objectives.
* • Sales & Strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize company presence in the market.
* • Collaboration: Working closely with senior leadership to align goals and objectives, and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the organization.
* • Market Intelligence: Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
