We work closely with architects, designers and contractors to produce standout joinery using a wide range of materials — from timber and fabric to steel, glass and stone.The RoleWe're looking for a Site Project Manager to take ownership of day-to-day site coordination on our joinery installations. You'll keep projects moving smoothly, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets stay firmly on track.Key responsibilities include:Managing daily on-site activities and coordinating with internal teams and subcontractorsBuild on and promote relationships with existing and new clientsDriving project schedules and ensuring milestones are metOverseeing quality checks, inspections and standards on all projects at all stages of installationActively promote and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, reduce costs, eliminate waste and improve working methods, conditions and communicationTroubleshooting issues as they arise and keeping stakeholders alignedManaging logistics, deliveries, site resources and site documentation including progress reports and recordsMaintaining clear, consistent communication with clients and project partnersWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience in project or site management (construction or fit-out background ideal)Excellent organisational and leadership skillsConfident in inspections, quality control and expediting workflowsSolid understanding of site logistics and resource planningClear communicator with a collaborative approachFamiliarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is a bonusPrevious experience in joinery, fit-out, or bespoke furniture is highly advantageousRelevant degree preferred but not essential for the right candidate including progress reports and recordsSalary €55-€65k per annum DOE, Company Vehicle, DCI Card and Mobile PhoneWhy Join Us?You'll be part of a growing company with a reputation for quality, reliability and craftsmanship — working on diverse, high-end projects with a team who genuinely takes pride in what they build.Job Type: Full-timePay: €55,000.00-€65,000.00 per yearWork Location: On the road
