We are currently seeking a highly capable Logistics & Operations Executive to support and enhance the end-to-end logistics and operational model.
The Opportunity
This is a unique and impactful role supporting the management of logistics operations related to the movement, processing, and optimisation of materials and services. You'll play a key role in aligning day-to-day operations with strategic business goals and in maintaining a high-performing commercial and operational framework.
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of logistical experience, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management skills within a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the management and revision of logistics and service contracts, ensuring operational compliance and commercial performance.
* Monitor supplier performance, audit activities, and enforce quality and service standards.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Analyse operational data to support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
* Contribute to the development of KPIs and metrics for performance tracking and continuous improvement.
* Enhance and test the organisation's operational model to ensure it remains scalable and effective.
Operational Delivery
* Keep SOPs, compliance documents, and risk registers accurate and up to date.
* Track changes in relevant legislation or industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
* Maintain and review business continuity plans in line with operational developments.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and papers to support senior management in decision-making.
* Assist in implementing contract improvements and service enhancements.
About You
* Highly organised, solution-focused, and able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
* Experienced in logistics, operations, or service delivery, ideally with exposure to compliance-driven environments.
* Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
* Skilled in analysing data and generating performance insights.
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Demonstrates a genuine interest in driving operational best practices and continuous improvement.
