What you’ll be doing
The Graduate Development Programme is a structured two-year scheme designed to support your development at the start of your Jacobs career journey. Through blended learning, mentoring, progress reviews and networking, you will establish yourself as knowledgeable and competent across four key focus areas: human skills, consulting skills, championing our strategy, and your passions. The programme is on-the-job oriented and aims to provide a launchpad for your career with meaningful projects and collaboration with industry leaders.
Within Jacobs Ireland’s BIM Department of the Life Sciences market, you will work with BIM Coordinators and project teams to support delivery of projects. You will support the BIM Section Head and Digital Solutions Group with the rollout of solutions to drive improvements to BIM and ensure solutions are translated and implemented on projects. The role will involve a mix of office and site-based responsibilities; flexibility about location is beneficial.
Responsibilities
* Support project set-up for cross-discipline teams
* Support model management process for the project
* Support setting up and management of clash detection and reporting
* Support setting up and management of design coordination platform
* Support disciplines with the use of Revit on projects
* Support the setup and management of the Common Data Environment
* Support the production of BIM Execution Plan and Addendums for project execution
* Support the BIM Section Head in the implementation of solutions to drive efficiency in BIM Execution on projects
What you’ll need
* Be working towards a relevant Degree or Master’s level qualification in Architectural, BIM or any of the engineering disciplines
* A flexible self-starter who is keen to drive your career forward
* Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things
* You must have the permanent right to work in Ireland
