Dynamic Sales Executive Required
A renowned automation company seeks an exceptional sales professional to spearhead business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets.
* Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and database.
* Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers.
* Conduct in-depth sales forecasts and analysis for senior management.
* Update CRM system regularly, recording all sales activities.
* Identify new business opportunities, markets, trends, and customers.
* Generate leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling.
* Understand customer needs and respond effectively.
* Think strategically and set aims and objectives for business expansion.
* Improve business processes continually.
* Demonstrate excellent technical understanding of our products and services.
* Collaborate with the team to create promotional strategies and activities.
* Stay informed about market trends.
Requirements:
* Sales, Business, or related field qualification preferred; equivalent experience considered.
* Qualifications or Diplomas from reputable bodies advantageous.
* Minimum 5 years in a sales position with a proven track record of meeting targets.
* Technical/Engineering sales background is beneficial.
* Strong organisational ability, multitasking skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Teams, CRM, and PowerPoint.
* Ambitious and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
* Familiarity with automation systems is an advantage.
* Well-connected with an established network of high-level industry contacts.
* IT literate and technology aware, Knowledge of construction sector practices and procurement procedures.
* Full clean driving licence.
