Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Professional to join our team. They will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture. This position is a part-time position, and salary is pro-rata and depending on experience.
Shift: 8.30am to 12.30pm Monday to Friday.

· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities with strong organisational and time management skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality standards across all HR processes and documentation.
· Clear, confident communicator, skilled in building positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders at all levels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Administer and support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating/conducting interviews, reference checks.
· Process new starters & leavers and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
· Lead development and implementation of HR policies and procedures as part of the Company's Continuous Improvement Plans.
· Implement and maintain HR dashboards to track key metrics such as turnover, time to hire, and absenteeism.
· Lead and support employee relations processes, including grievances, conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures while fostering positive management-employee relationships.
· Maximise the functionality of the Time & Attendance software to streamline and automate HR workflows.
· Prepare and analyse HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision making.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Support & Admin of the Payroll function.
· Support performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
· Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics such as workplace diversity, bullying/harassment prevention, and other company policies.
Experience & Qualifications:
· Third level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
· 5+ years of experience in a senior HR Operational role.
· Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
