About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technical Sales Support Agent to join our growing team. This role involves providing expert product support, assisting customers with technical queries, and supporting the sales team in delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with technical product support.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver product solutions.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
· Assist in preparing quotations and processing orders.
· Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve product-related issues
· Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Requirements
· Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical sales or customer support.
· Knowledge of the rubber industry is essential
· Logistics experience is desirable
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
· Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, Spanish,) are an advantage.
