Our client, a global leader in the tech industry, is seeking an Escalations Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on handling sensitive, complex escalations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enforce terms of service, including community standards, policies, and regulations.
* Investigate and manage sensitive escalations, ensuring timely resolutions.
* Analyse trends, provide insights, and recommend process improvements.
* Collaborate with global teams to develop solutions and address operational issues.
* Handle sensitive content, including graphic or objectionable material.
* Work with global teams across Public Policy, Legal, Sales, Product, and Operations.
Qualifications:
* 2–4 years of experience in online operations, project management, consulting, or escalation management.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations and sensitive content.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills with global teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, Public Policy, International Relations, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
* Proficiency with analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and understanding of the social media landscape.

This opportunity is an 11 month contract, Onsite in Dublin, paying up to €72,000 per annum pro rata.
