A growing, engineering-led MedTech contract design & manufacturing business is hiring a
Marketing Manager
to build and own its B2B lead-generation engine.
This is a newly created, hands-on role with real commercial impact — ideal for a marketer who enjoys turning technical capability into clear messaging, qualified leads and sales momentum.
What you'll do
* Own B2B marketing strategy, positioning and value proposition
* Run lead-gen campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email and CRM
* Develop and own their content marketing strategy for new and existing clients
* Drive inbound & outbound pipeline using modern prospecting tools
* Support sales with insights, materials and early-stage outreach
What we're looking for
* 5+ years' B2B marketing experience
* Strong digital, lead-gen and CRM experience
* Comfortable translating technical concepts into commercial messaging
* Hands-on, autonomous and commercially minded
