This is a fantastic opportunity for a change management expert to shape the future of work and drive sustainable transformation programmes across private and public sector clients. You will be working on some of Ireland's most complex projects, partnering with clients to embed effective change.
* SUPPORTING CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMMES ACROSS PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SECTOR CLIENTS:
The role requires supporting stakeholders through various stages of organisational development from design to implementation, offering business advisory services including strategic planning, process improvement and innovation in collaboration with other teams.To succeed in this role you'll need experience of managing multiple stakeholder relationships coupled with strong analytical skills.
Furthermore,you should possess excellent communication skills enabling clear guidance through phases ranging from initial design via project execution until final delivery phase which often involves continued coaching support afterwards too.
