Job Description
Our organization requires an experienced Fraud Project Manager to lead our risk operations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing high-risk accounts, identifying fraudulent merchants, and mitigating urgent fraud incidents.
This is a key role in ensuring the integrity of our financial ecosystem.
* Lead root cause analyses to identify gaps in current systems, policies, and strategies.
* Develop and maintain scalable processes related to fraud analysis, card testing, account takeover, and financial partner investigation requests.
* Investigate and mitigate fraud incidents, manage user responses, and communicate regular updates during business reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and analyze high-risk accounts to detect fraudulent activity.
2. Lead investigations to determine the root cause of fraudulent incidents.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements.
