The role
I’m looking for a patient and creative art tutor to give private lessons to my 12-year-old. We’re in Ireland and would prefer sessions focused on drawing and basic painting techniques, with a gentle emphasis on composition and color theory. The ideal tutor should be able to bring a small portable kit, tailor activities to my child’s interests (nature, comics, or portraits), and provide constructive feedback after each session. Remote options are fine for occasional guidance, but in-person lessons nearby Dublin would be best. Schedule is flexible, with 1–2 hours per session, once or twice a week. Please include your approach to managing creativity and keeping lessons engaging for young learners.
