Role Profile
Join our dynamic Master Data Governance team as a Senior Business Analyst reporting to the Master Data Governance Manager, this role supports the delivery of high-impact data strategies across the business. You'll help shape our SAP master data practices and reporting frameworks, playing a vital role in improving data accuracy, quality, and governance across all business units
Responsibilities
• Identify and resolve master data quality issues across SAP and other systems
• Collaborate with Data Owners & Stewards to improve data controls, processes, and governance
• Lead data cleansing, profiling, and reporting using BI/SAC tools
• Support rollout of data governance standards, documentation, and training
• Deliver monthly reporting and storytelling insights on master data health
Requirements
• 3–5 years’ SAP experience (Customer, Vendor, or Material master data)
• Strong data management and governance knowledge
• BI/SAC reporting experience & advanced Excel skills
• Clear communicator with strong presentation and analytical skills
Desirable :
• BI/SAC report development
• Involvement in IT or finance projects
• SQL basics and understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK)
• GDPR awareness
