The Role

We're seeking an experienced Financial Crime Compliance Associate Director to join our Davy Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Financial Crime function, overseeing the financial crime risk framework, and advising senior management and the Board on financial crime risk exposure.


Key Responsibilities:

* Managing the day-to-day operation of the Financial Crime function;
* Overseeing the financial crime risk framework;
* Providing advice and assistance to business partners;
* Advising senior management and the Board on financial crime risk exposure;
* Maintaining and updating an effective financial crime compliance monitoring program;
* Monitoring changes in applicable laws and regulations;
* Implementing effective controls to manage identified risks;
* Overseeing investigations into suspected financial crimes;


About You

We're looking for someone with a relevant 3rd-level degree (Business, Finance, Law or equivalent) and/or a Compliance qualification. You should have at least 10 years' experience working in a regulated environment with a financial crime focus.

You'll need a proven ability to act as a functional SME, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team is also essential.
