On-Target Earnings (OTE): €49,000 with uncapped earning potential Annual Leave: 21 days, increasing with the length of service Exclusive Staff Tariff: Enjoy the Prepay Power Staff Tariff Pension Scheme: Company contribution after twelve months of service Health Insurance: Access to the Prepay Power Group Scheme with Laya Healthcare Employee Assistance Program (EAP) And More (See full list of benefits below) Key Responsibilities Daily Outbound Win Back calls to cancellation customers that are within their cooling-off period Manage daily, weekly and monthly KPI's to maintain performance and customer churn Support with lead generation projects and retention strategy to enhance customer experience Deliver a range of proactive and reactive customer service campaigns Build customer relationships by deploying Internal CRM system Support with mentoring and coaching for our Loyalty team Ad hoc phone-based customer service and sales activities as required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven track record of highly achieving sales and retention.
