Reperio has partnered with a rapidly expanding tech who are looking for a Controller to lead their accounting function. The ideal candidate will have a CPA certification and extensive experience in accounting, audit, and implementing NetSuite systems.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and enforce accounting policies, ensuring compliance (ASC 606, sales tax).
* Oversee external audits and financial statement preparation.
* Lead ERP system implementation (NetSuite).
* Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategy.
Requirements:
* CPA certification required.
* Experience in high-growth companies.
* Strong background in internal controls, audit, and accounting policy.
* Proven success in ERP system transitions (NetSuite preferred).
