Their offices are located in Dublin City Centre, with great public transport accessibility and a great location for approx. 4 days onsite as standard, remaining working from home.About the PositionThis is a very exciting opportunity to join a company where you'll support at C-Suite level and have direct impact. This position will support a very established leader, with an extensively busy diary. This role will require somebody who is ready to step in and take control. This position will work closely with their global SLT, allowing the successful candidate to have plenty of exposure and really understand how the business works and provide extensive executive support to meet their individual and collective objectives. You will be part of team that is passionate about what they do, professional, dynamic and driven.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide extensive Executive Assistance and communication support to a C-Suite executive.Act as first point of contact for your executive, working your magic in the background, organising, prioritising and solving issues as they arise.Manage expense reporting, schedule meetings and maintain calendars.Coordinate travel and logistics, assist with event planning and coordination including logistics, participants, agendas and follow-up actions..Serve as the primary point of contact for other departments, external partners and customers.Collaborate with other admin teams to update and improve processes and procedures.Assist with creating presentation materials for executive leadership and board meetings.Provide coverage during holidays and overall assist the team during peak workloads.Experience/RequirementsMinimum 8 years' experience in Executive Assistant position, with extensive experience in a global companyFully conversant with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and communication devicesNumerical confidence and ability to work with large amounts of data.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProactive, independent, reliable, and demonstrating sound judgment and discretion in order to deal with confidential informationFluent in English and comfortable in communicating with top management and external partners and stakeholdersAdaptability to unexpected situations, problem solver.Remuneration PackageSalary DOEbenefits package including a pension plan, medical insurance, bonus and more.ContactPlease hit the apply button below to send your cv.
