Lead and direct the Project Management team, overseeing construction activity in the UK and Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects at a strategic level, ensuring timely completion within budget.
* Collaborate with clients and design teams to meet stakeholder requirements.
* Develop budgets and manage costs to deliver high-quality projects efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety codes, quality requirements, environmental regulations, and building regulations.
* Provide leadership and direction to the project team, implementing procedures for enhanced performance.
* Meet with clients and stakeholders to report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
* Build strong working relationships with clients, senior management, and project teams.
Requirements
* Effective communication and diplomacy skills.
* 10+ years of relevant post-qualification experience with an appropriate management qualification or equivalent experience.
* Experience in executing commercial/retail projects, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong IT skills, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
