The Role:
Our client is seeking a Bid Writer to support the preparation of high-quality tender submissions across public, private, and partnership-led opportunities. This role will suit someone who enjoys structured work, clear ownership, and contributing to business growth within a well-established development organisation.
You will be responsible for coordinating bid inputs, drafting and refining written responses, and ensuring all submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* 3+ years' experience in bid writing within construction, property, or professional services
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and exposure to InDesign or similar tools.
* Strong written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate inputs from different teams.
* Knowledge of public procurement processes and frameworks is highly beneficial.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally.
