Commissioning Lead

DECI Ltd is hiring a Commissioning Lead to support a major data center development in the Nordics.
This role suits someone who enjoys taking the lead on site, working with high-performing teams, and ensuring every stage of commissioning is delivered to a reliable and consistent standard.
You will work within an established project structure and play a key part in driving the project forward.
What you will do
Lead daily commissioning activities across mechanical and electrical systems
Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules and progress tracking
Oversee documentation, test scripts, checklists, reporting and handover requirements
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, client representatives and specialist vendors
Maintain strong communication channels and help keep the project steady and organised
Support troubleshooting and technical issue resolution as systems move through each phase
Review system readiness, ensure proper sign-offs and help drive on-time delivery
Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with site and company standards
Contribute to team-focused problem solving and a positive site culture
What you bring
Solid commissioning experience within data centers or other mission critical environments
Strong MEP knowledge and hands-on understanding of commissioning workflows
Experience leading a team or taking responsibility for a full package or discipline
Good organisational habits and the ability to manage documentation cleanly and consistently
Confident communication skills and the ability to work well with both client and contractor teams
A structured approach to planning and problem solving
Right to work in the EU
Availability for a long-term project in the Nordics
