Project Quantity Surveyor High-Profile Residential Projects CapEx Recruitment is partnering with a leading Irish construction contractor, with over 50 years of proven delivery across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor for multiple live and upcoming projects in Dublin and surrounding counties. Youll join a collaborative, commercially focused team working on high-value, technically challenging builds from pre-construction through to final accounts. Youll have the support of a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will mentor and guide you, ensuring you have the tools and experience to develop your skills and progress quickly. For the right person, theres a clear path to move up the ladder into senior roles.
