Responsibilities
* Read and interpret technical drawings and plans to understand shuttering requirements for various construction projects.
* Assemble and install shuttering systems, ensuring proper alignment, support, and stability during concrete pouring.
* Dismantle shuttering frameworks post-construction and secure reusable materials for future projects.
* Conduct quality checks on frameworks to ensure they meet safety and structural integrity standards.
* Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate timelines and workflow efficiently.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety regulations at all times.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in construction or framework is a plus.
* Proven experience as a Shuttering Framework Technician or in a similar role within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of shuttering systems, materials, and construction methods.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
* Good physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
