Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. There will be opportunity to work towards QQI and /or Industry Standard qualifications.
Duties include (training will be provided):
* The kitchen assistant supports kitchen staff by performing various tasks, including food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
* To assist in the provision of day centre services and activities.
* Supporting service users and personal care if required
* Assist service users on outings
* Operating lifting equipment on buses
* Clamping wheelchairs aboard buses
* Cleaning/maintenance duties
The ideal candidate:
* The ability to work as part of a team
* A willingness to engage in training
* A sufficient level of English to ensure clear communication with service users
