We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Front of House Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front of house areas and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for setting up for events such as banquets, conferences, and weddings.
* Greet and assist guests as needed
* Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures and carry out fire and security checks
* Provide room and lobby service as needed
* Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, including the lobby, and dining areas
* Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
* Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience in the hotel industry in a guest relations/ guest services role
* Fluent English, both written and spoken
* Work independently and use their own initiative
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
