About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, processing payroll, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. This involves handling invoices, preparing financial statements, and reconciling bank statements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Invoice Management: Processing and managing invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
* Payroll Processing: Handling payroll, including processing wages, deductions, and tax compliance.
* Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
* Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
* Financial Planning: Assisting with budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an accounting role, ideally in a similar industry.
* Strong knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance.
