Objective of the Role
Ensure the day-to-day operations for all bars and associated areas/functions are carried out in line with property and the Group standards.
Main Duties:
* Ensure all customers receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their experience in the property.
* Ensure obligations under licensing legislation are appropriately met and delivered professionally.
* Ensure security of cash, stock, float drop, till management, and related procedures.
* Oversee staff development and training to ensure the team provides the highest quality standards and customer experience.
* Uphold and enhance the hotel's culture through exemplary leadership and continuous improvement efforts.

* Excellent communication skills.
