This role combines marketing support, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Youll work across various programme areas including certification, competency assessments, personalised development plans, and educational resources.
Its ideal for a confident administrator or early-career marketer with a flair for organisation, communication, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and coordination of marketing-led professional development programmes.
Schedule and manage logistics for assessments, events, and participant engagement activities.
Liaise with participants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and excellent experience.
Assist in developing and updating marketing and learning materials including brochures, videos, and web content.
Track participant progress and compile personalised development and team reports.
Monitor key metrics and generate reports on programme engagement and outcomes.
Recommend and implement administrative and process improvements.
Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and QA standards.
Act as a main point of contact for participant queries.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to promote programmes across digital channels.
Skills & Competencies: Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) a plus training provided.

Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in a similar support, coordination, or customer-facing role.
Background in marketing, communications, education, or professional services preferred.
Relevant qualification in marketing, business, or administration is advantageous but not essential.
