OverviewSenior/ Staff Grade Psychologist - co. KildareSenior/ Staff Grade Psychologist are required to join the SJOG, St. Raphael’s, Celbridge and SJOG Islandbridge in partnership with the HSE.The psychologist(s) need to have experience in Intellectual Disability population (Mild, Moderate, Severe and Profound levels) with dual diagnosis (neurodiversity, mental health conditions, epilepsy, CP, dementia etc) and systems supports (staff and family teams) in terms of completing:Positive Behaviour Support (assessment - functional assessment, analysis of ABC’s etc., development of behavioural interventions and report writing; implementation of recommendations with teams and families and review of recommendations).Dementia Assessment (experience in a variety of direct and indirect dementia assessment tools for the above population group) and interventions approaches and management (BPSD)Therapeutic interventions for above population group in relation to a variety of mental health difficulties, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, complex trauma, ADHD etcRequire excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with experience working with front line staff teams, families and MDTThe CandidateA recognized post-graduate qualification as a psychologistPermission to work in IrelandProfessional approach to workRole DetailsThe role is for 3 - 5 days; 21 -35hrs per week.How to ApplyFor an immediate interview please forward your CV to Alisa at alliedhealth@cplhealthcare.com.Visit www.cplhealthcare.com for more psychology jobs.
