Include person specifications using the job description decoder and other relevant tools to encourage diverse applications.Conduct research to establish suitable advertising opportunities and advertise all roles in most appropriate media, including internally and on the external Aon careers siteEncourage social sharing of opportunities and coach managers to utilise their social media networksPartner with employer branding to ensure appropriate visuals, content and strategies to reach the desired diverse target audienceEmbrace and utilise sourcing tools available, promoting the employee referral scheme and managing candidates through the processLead the Early Careers attraction plan, including working with stakeholders to identify the right mix of online, virtual and in-person activity to differentiate Aon and raise awareness of career opportunitiesPartner with agencies to source candidates where vital and manage the vendor set up processConduct and facilitate screening and selectionPartner with managers to agree job specific screening questions for the application form and telephone / video interviews, ensuring unconscious bias and diversity and inclusion are at the forefrontScreen all applications and conduct telephone/video interviews, assessing candidates' general suitability for the roleWork with the scheduling team to schedule face to face or video interviews with hiring managersPartner with hiring managers to facilitate and deliver in-person assessment centers as pat of Early Careers selection.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the processEnsure adherence to compliance requirements – e.g. completion of pre-screening questions and liaising with compliance where vitalOffer and Onboarding co-ordinationWork in partnership with the on-boarding team and the hiring manager to co-ordinate the offer process to ensure a smooth candidate journeyInitiate background checks and ensure completion prior to start dateStay in regular contact with candidates and managers throughout the process to ensure a smooth recruitment processLiaising and supporting the EMEA Early Careers team with the onboarding and initial induction of Graduates and Interns to Aon IrelandLeverage technologyEnsure all relevant technology is fully utilised, and embrace new functionality and toolsEnsure all data is accurately reflected in Applicant Tracking SystemUtilise MI effectively with stakeholders to demonstrate TA impact and opportunities for further actionDiversity & InclusionBe a role model in D&I within TA and the wider HR team and business areaActively seek opportunities to target a more diverse applicant pool, utilising tools and resources availableCoach managers on inclusive recruitment practices; utilise strategies to reduce unconscious bias in the screening and selection processHow this opportunity is differentThe Recruitment Business Partner will be responsible for hiring across all Aon Ireland solutions lines, partnering with Human Resources Business Partners and the hiring managers to deliver an effective and inclusive recruitment and onboarding process for both Experienced Hire and Early Careers roles.
