Commis Chef – Bovinity Steakhouse, Dublin
We're currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at Bovinity, a modern steakhouse located in the heart of Dublin's Northside. Our focus is on high-quality Irish beef, bold flavours, and a dynamic dining experience built around sharing plates and premium ingredients.
The Role:
As a Commis Chef, you'll work closely with our experienced chefs to support daily kitchen operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced, professional environment where learning and teamwork are valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with preparation of ingredients and dishes to a high standard
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
* Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
* Work as part of a collaborative kitchen brigade during busy services
* Support senior chefs in all aspects of kitchen operation

* A genuine passion for cooking and food
* Some kitchen experience preferred but not essential
* A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
* Ability to work well under pressure and take direction
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
