Key Responsibilities

* Perform routine administrative duties and contribute to the overall success of the QA team.
* Prepare presentation materials for meetings, distribute agendas, record and issue meeting minutes.
* Generate and track correspondences, retrieve and maintain documents.
* Order office and lab supplies, assist with annual examinations of retention samples.
* Coordinate lot set ups, prepare site wide notifications, and assign responsibility for environmental chamber inventories.
* Monitor departmental room audits, assist with lot status labeling, and maintain disposition logbooks.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Organized and strong coordination skills.
* Team-orientated individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
