to hire an
Account Manager (fluent in Spanish and English)
to join their Iberia team in Dublin. This is a client-facing role, managing a portfolio of diverse clients across sectors such as travel, commerce, and services, while driving product adoption and business growth.

What you'll be doing:
* Manage a portfolio of 30–45 clients, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative account management
* Provide recommendations and insights to improve outcomes in digital advertising
* Monitor performance, identify trends, and present actionable strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs
What we're looking for:
* Fluency in
Spanish and English
* 3+ years' experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or digital advertising
* Strong analytical and organisational skills
* Experience managing multiple clients at once
* Previous agency or client-side background (media, advertising, online campaigns)
Nice to have:
* Digital media buying or consulting experience
* Strong Excel and reporting skills
* Adaptability and a proactive mindset
