Human Resources & Payroll Administrator This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same! Role: HRAdministrator Location: Head Office in Ashtown, Dublin 7 Contract: Full-time, permanent Hours:08:30 17:30 Candidates must have a full drivers licence and their own transport.
What Youll Do: As a HRAdministrator, youll be at the heart of HR operations - From managing new hires, to handling payroll, tooffboarding, youll develop a wide range of HR skills while working alongside an experienced People Business Partner and Director.
Key Responsibilities: End to end payroll for 120 employees approx Manage the HRinbox and assist with people-related queries.
Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and that changes are made efficiently.
Coordinate recruitment processes, from interviews to onboarding.
Assist with probation process for candidates.
Inputting monthly payroll changes to payroll and managing payroll queries.
Administer employee changes documents; pay reviews, bonus letters, job promotions, etc.
Management of Leave Requests.
Managing new hires and off site inductions Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
Ideal Candidate: 2 years experience in end to end payroll 1-2 years previous HR Administrative experience.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisation.
Excellent communication skills with a people-first approach.
Adaptability to work in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
A developing knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and procedures.
Experience with HR systems is a plus.
CIPD qualification is beneficial but not essential.
