We are seeking a Governance and Oversight professional to join our team in Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us and partner with the business to provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and coordinate the implementation of our outsourcing management structure, ensuring consistency and compliance across Ireland entities, LoBs and Functions.
2. Develop and update our Legal Entity governance framework to support changing products and meet regulatory demands, particularly within local branch jurisdictions.
3. Promote simplification in Third Party management processes by identifying synergies in our control areas.
4. Implement Governance and Oversight control priorities and strategy.
5. Drive risk mitigation and control remediation programs in relation to Governance and Oversight across the business.
6. Build positive relationships through timely delivery of commitments and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in control management on multi-cultural and cross-location projects.
* Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders, building relationships and achieving desired outcomes.
* Action-oriented with a focus on delivering results within given timeframes while managing conflicting agendas.
