Duties & Responsibilities:
As an HR Advisor, you'll be the go-to for all things people-related.
You'll work closely with managers and employees to deliver top-tier HR support across:
Employee Relations: Be a trusted advisor on disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Help us find and welcome the best talent.
Performance & Development: Drive growth through performance reviews and training initiatives.
HR Policy & Compliance: Keep us aligned with the latest legislation and best practices.
Absence & Leave Management: Support wellbeing through effective absence tracking and return-to-work processes.
HR Administration: Keep our records sharp and support payroll and audits.
Fleet Management: Oversee our company vehicles in line with policy.
Candidate Profile:
CIPD – NFG Level 7 or equivalent experience.
Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and knowledge on health & safety legislation.
Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
Excellent communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Points For
Experience in the HVAC industry.
Familiarity with HR Locker or iTrent HR systems.
Training in coaching or mediation.
