Job Description
We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our Experience & Engineering team in Ireland, you will be responsible for delivering UX research projects that help identify, evaluate and design digital interventions to support the adoption of healthy behavior.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years experience working in a UX role, with expertise in developing future-ready technical solutions and creating beautiful designs. You will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver complex projects, using your knowledge of user research and design methods to inform your approach.
Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering consultations and engagements with patients, the public, and advocacy groups to involve them in the design process. You will also apply rapid prototyping methods to support evidence-based design development.
Able candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, as well as collaborate effectively within a dynamic agile environment.
