Operational Excellence Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Establish an Operational Excellence culture with a dual focus on cultural transformation and process excellence.
* Leverage digital tools to embed Operational Excellence platforms, accelerating the adoption of core practices including:
o Daily management systems
o Strategy deployment
o Standardised work
o Rapid problem solving
o Leadership enablement
o Process improvement project management
o Operational Excellence & Digital Integration
* Develop and deploy an Operational Excellence roadmap built on values, focusing efforts across strategy execution, leadership excellence, employee engagement, process improvement, knowledge sharing, and standardised work.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and learning.
* Champion the adoption and implementation of digital Operational Excellence platforms, embedding key routines such as daily tiered huddle boards, standard work execution and tracking, issue escalation and resolution workflows, KPI dashboards, and root cause analysis.
Requirements:
* Experience implementing or supporting Operational Excellence frameworks like Shingo, TPM, or WCM, with a strong focus on cultural transformation.
* Proven ability to leverage digital platforms to enhance Lean or OpEx programs.
* Deep understanding of how culture, leadership behaviors, and system design impact sustainable performance.
* Adaptable mindset and experience in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent communication skills and positive influence.
* Professionalism, friendliness, and confidence in engaging and collaborating with all roles.
* Flexibility in terms of availability and working styles.
* Business language skills in English.
